Neck pain is another very common complaint we see in the clinic. Pain can prevent a lot of movements in the neck and if movement isn’t restored quickly, the symptoms are likely to get worse.
Neck pain can occur after sudden, sharp movements or it can come on seemingly out of the blue. The neck can refer pain further down the spine, into the shoulder blades or into the arms and hands.
Posture can play a big part in understanding why neck pain occurs and also in the treatment of neck pain. Our Physiotherapists will fully assess your neck, determine where the pain is originating from and make a plan to relieve your symptoms.
