Anil provides our Saturday service in Bawtry. A very welcome addition, Anil is able to treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions as well as respiratory in which he specialises.
Anil is a physiotherapist with more than 20 years of experience and majority in respiratory area. He is currently working as a Clinical Specialist Respiratory Physiotherapist for a local NHS trust in Derbyshire where he has been since 2008.
He qualified in 1999 in India and later worked in acute hospital (tertiary centre) for 6 years in respiratory and musculoskeletal specialisations. He moved to the UK in 2005 and completed post-graduation from Sheffield Hallam University.
His area of interest is in respiratory area with a special focus on COPD, Bronchiectasis, Pulmonary Fibrosis and managing respiratory complications for Neuro-muscular disease conditions. He is also involved in supporting local breatheasy support groups in North Derbyshire.

Breathing pattern disorders
Inhaled medication advice
Interventions to help with breathlessness management, airway clearance therapy, improve exercise tolerance levels, advice on respiratory conditions chest infection management and prevention.
Anil is available on Saturdays in Bawtry 9am-1pm.
