Strength & Conditioning Coach/Personal Trainer for our STUDIO GYM – Stable clientele

We’re looking for a freelance candidate to come and join the Chapman Physiotherapy team to take over the business from our strength & conditioning coach who is leaving a stable and ready business, with vast earning potential. (She’s moving on to become a Head Coach).
We are looking for someone with a Strength and Conditioning background, Minimum REPS Level 3 essential, Sports science degree/MSc preferred, experience with Professional or Semi-professional athletes welcomed.
As mentioned, you will be taking over a ready and steady base of clients, hours of work are from 7 am – 8 pm Monday-Friday, depending on appointments. Mornings and evenings are essential.

We are only looking for the best for our clients so please only apply if you fit the criteria below. The studio comprises of Rowing machine, exercise bike, functional free motion equipment – Kettlebells- Olympic bars and weights, TRX, Dumbbells, bosu, step, bands, Med balls, Swiss balls, Z bar weights, battle ropes, skipping ropes, cable machine. Very simple and extremely effective.
There is plenty of scope for the candidate to develop a full client base quickly as we are in a prominent area.
You will be expected to have knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology, Extensive exercise regimes and modalities. – Wide knowledge of tailoring short, medium and long term training programs. Additionally, you will need to have the ability to carry out member administration, and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications
REPS Level 3 qualification Essential.
Strength & conditioning background/MSc highly preferred
Experience with professional or semi-professional athletes welcomed.
Genuine understanding/interest in client needs and a desire to coach and inspire.
Possess a sound knowledge of strength & conditioning fundamentals and practice.
Strive to maintain a professional approach to all aspects of work: punctual, reliable and diligent.
