Feedback from Pilates classes has been excellent and we are now looking to start the daytime groups as school term starts again. We have one space remaining on the 12-1 Thursday class and three spaces available 10-11 on a Wednesday. Likewise if you are a group of three who would like to arrange a different time – please get in touch! Evening classes are still going well, there is one space on the 6-7 Monday evening class left. Yoga is available 6-7 on a Tuesday – enjoy the benefits of increased flexibility, mindfulness and and generally improved well-being. All courses run as blocks of 6 sessions for £72.
