Emma graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2017 achieving BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy.
Since then, she has worked for Sheffield Teaching Hospitals completing core rotations in: critical care, acute medicine, spinal cord injuries and MSK outpatients. After finding her interest and passion for MSK she specialised within this area working on Major Trauma orthopaedic wards. During her time working in the NHS she obtained her clinical educator’s qualification teaching students while out on placement.
Emma holds a Sports Massage Level 3 diploma and has volunteered at running events delivering pre and post sports massage.
She started working as an associate at Chapman Physiotherapy in January 2021 and has now joined the team full-time. Emma has completed her Acupuncture course and is keen to use this knowledge during treatment sessions.
In her spare time, Emma enjoys running and has completed multiple half marathons, cycling in the Peak District and swimming.
